End Workplace Abuse - Strategic Advocacy Partner
I partnered with End Workplace Abuse, a grassroots organization championing psychologically safe workplaces and supporting the Workplace Psychological Safety Act (WPSA). During our two‑year collaboration, I contributed to advocacy efforts, awareness campaigns, and trauma‑informed leadership education to prevent workplace psychological abuse. I continue to support the mission and amplify the importance of psychological safety in leadership and organizational culture.

Internal Leadership Cohort Facilitator
